چکیده
Jelen tanulmány a környezeti jogok, elsősorban az egészséges környezethez való jog kérdésével foglalkozik idei évben 70 esztendős Emberi Jogok Európai Egyezményébe foglalt jogok kapcsán, Bíróságának gyakorlatában. A számba veszi, hogy mely nevesített emberi értelmezésében nyertek elismerést egyének számára biztosított jogok.
